Best American Movers did our move from Pikeville to Fort Lauderdale. I was very nervous due to a really bad move with another company. I was so wonderfully surprised! The crew was fantastic!. They were so efficient. Careful with all of our furniture and boxes. We had some furniture delivered before they arrived and they worked hard and late to put it all together for us. These movers are professional, honest, personable, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, prompt, patient and every other positive adjective you can hope for. After reading many positive reviews, I am sure to go to Best American Moving whenever I need to relocate to a different state, or across the country. As well as very friendly and on time, the quotes are incredibly low, and the final prices are usually even cheaper! Workers are very professional and hardworking, and many have stated they had an enjoyable experience dealing with the movers and that all their belongings were in tip-top shape upon arrival. They disassemble and assemble furniture, wrap it all in blankets and other materials to protect your belongings, and they even offer white glove service to safely pack up all the small stuff for you. Anvar and his crew were truly professional in every sense of the word! They were very efficient and extremely careful with all of our items from start to finish. My wife had chosen Best American Movers based on how communicative they were, from the first time she called them and spoke to Arlene, who went through every room with my wife so throughly and working through the coordination efforts with Pauline has made what I expected (usually) a stressful experience, so streamlined and easy for us to manage as we sold and bought our new home. I have heard so many horror stories and working with Best American Movers is the exact opposite! They far exceeded our expectations in every way and we know we have one less major thing to worry about - as we move from PA to AL. I can not say enough positive things about the team at Best American Movers and if we ever have to move again, we would not hesitate for a second using them again! Don’t mind the negative reviews - it’s ultimately up to the client to provide an accurate assessment of how many cubic feet they need for the price quote. We ended up leaving shelves for the new owners of our house, since as much stuff as we sold and threw out, you accumulate a lot over the years! Don’t let a bad review persuade you to go with other moving companies, that will not treat you with respect and provide the white glove service we received.
